Enjoy a celebration worth supporting, as LA Yoga Magazine host a special benefit event, raising capital & consciousness for the YOGA For Youth Foundation. This event begins Friday, December 31st at 2pm, with Yoga Instruction from some of LA’s finest teachers, and rolls into live music at 7:30pm all the way till 3am in the morning!!!
Ghana’s International music star and humanitarian activist, Rocky Dawuni, has been riding on the wave of his acclaimed new album “Hymns for the Rebel Soul” released worldwide earlier this year. Video Game Giant EA licensed the first track off the album “Download the Revolution” for their FIFA Soccer 2010 video game which sold 8 million plus copies worldwide. Another anthem from the album, “African Reggae Fever” appeared on EA’s FIFA World Cup 2010 video game. The year has seen the Ghanaian star playing to audiences across Europe, North America and beyond; sharing the stage and spotlight with the likes of Grammy winner, Jason Mraz, worldwide hip hop phenomenon K’Naan, celebrities Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore, and Nobel Peace Laureate Betty Williams, former British Deputy Prime Minister Lord John Prescott and Deepak Chopra.
Food vendors include raw & vegan cuisine by Euphoria Loves Rawvolution, & The Samosa House. Plus organic elixirs & drinks at the bar.
