Clean Cooking Champions Rocky Dawuni and Sanjeev Kapoor Join Forces in India
When Grammy-nominated musician Rocky Dawuni, a long-time champion for the Alliance, was set to play a concert in India this month, he knew just who to call.
Rocky was in India as part of a world tour in support of his latest album Branches of the Same Tree. Never one to miss a chance to talk clean cooking, Rocky reached out to India’s world famous top chef Sanjeev Kapoor, a member of the Alliance Chef Corps and host of Sanjeev Kapoor’s Kitchen.
The two soon had plans to meet in person, to film part of an episode for Kapoor’s TV show, and perhaps surprisingly, play some music together.
